Our Website Maintenance services include support such as plugin and theme updates, video editing, core software updates, backups, database optimization, spam comment clearing, and regular security scans. These updates will be conducted weekly, without a guaranteed date or time of service.
Disclaimer
Menfia is not responsible for errors caused by user actions or poor administrative practices, including but not limited to the installation of conflicting plugins, unauthorized code modifications, or changes to web hosting settings. The client acknowledges that temporary service interruptions may occur and that Menfia has no control over third-party web hosts or networks. Variations in web hosting configurations and changes in server settings during the service period may impact the effectiveness of Menfia’s services.
Payments
Fixed-Price Projects: The client will receive an invoice via Stripe and must pay 50% upfront before project initiation. The remaining 50% is due upon project completion. Course fees are non-refundable.
Subscriptions (Monthly/Yearly): After project discussion, the client will receive a subscription invoice via Stripe. Work will commence upon payment. Payments will be automatically charged on the signup date, and the client may cancel at any time. All services will cease upon cancellation. Additional services will incur extra costs.
Governing Law
Menfia disclaims any express or implied warranties, and the client waives any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Menfia shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost savings, or incidental, consequential, or special damages resulting from the operation or inability to operate the website, even if Menfia has been advised of such possibilities.
