1. Scope of Services

Menfia provides services including, but not limited to:

• Website Design and Development

• Website Maintenance

• SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

• Speed Optimization

• Chatbot Services

• Online Courses

Website Maintenance Services

Our Website Maintenance services may include:

• Plugin and theme updates

• Video editing

• Core software updates

• Backups

• Database optimization

• Spam comment clearing

• Regular security scans

Maintenance tasks are performed weekly, without a guaranteed date or time.

2. Website Pricing and Usage

• The website price is quoted for a single or multiple company only.

• The website is not transferable or saleable to any third party.

• After installation, the client receives 1 month of free support starting from the installation date.

• Menfia is not liable for any data loss due to device failure, power outage, incorrect data entry, or lack of backup. The website will be hosted on the client’s server, and the client is responsible for their data.

3. Modifications and Requirements

• Project modification costs depend on the scope of requested features.

• Final costs will be determined after mutual discussion.

• All requirements for modifications must be clearly provided in writing.

• The quotation offer is valid for 30 days from the quotation date.

4. Disclaimer

• Menfia is not responsible for issues caused by user actions or poor administrative practices, including but not limited to:

  • Installation of conflicting plugins

  • Unauthorized code modifications

  • Web hosting setting changes

• Temporary service interruptions may occur. Menfia has no control over third-party hosting providers or networks.

• Variations in web hosting configurations and server settings may affect service performance.

5. Payments

Fixed-Price Projects

• The client will receive an invoice via Paddle.

• 50% upfront payment is required before project initiation.

• The remaining 50% is due upon project completion.

Subscriptions (Monthly/Yearly)

• Subscription invoices will be sent through Paddle after project discussions.

• Work begins once payment is received.

• Payments will be automatically charged on the signup date via Paddle.

• Clients may cancel anytime, after which all services will immediately stop.

• Additional services will incur extra costs.

Courses

• All course fees are non-refundable.

6. Governing Law & Limitation of Liability

• Menfia disclaims any express or implied warranties.

• The client waives any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

• Menfia is not liable for damages, including but not limited to:

  • Lost profits

  • Lost savings

  • Incidental, consequential, or special damages

• This applies even if Menfia was advised of the possibility of such damages.

By using Menfia’s services, the client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
