The following outlines the terms of use for Website Design and Development, Website Maintenance, SEO, Speed Optimization, Chatbot, and Logo Design services.

Description of Services

The services encompass Website Design and Development, Website Maintenance, SEO, Speed Optimization, Chatbot, and Logo Design, provided by Menfia. Menfia will offer support for the Client’s website, including updates for plugins, themes,  Video editing, core software, backups, database optimization, spam comment clearing, and regular security scans. The client acknowledges that these updates will be conducted weekly throughout the month, with no guaranteed date or time of service.

Disclaimer

Menfia is not liable for user-caused errors or errors resulting from poor administrative practices, such as the addition of conflicting plugins, editing or adding new code, and web hosting changes. The client understands that temporary interruptions in services may occur, and Menfia has no control over the client’s web host or any third-party networks used by the client. Delays and disruptions in such networks are beyond Menfia control.

The client also acknowledges that different web hosts may have varying configurations, and changes in the client’s host server settings during the service period may impact Menfia services.

Payments

For fixed-price projects, the client will receive an invoice from Stripe and must pay 50% before initiating any project. The remaining 50% is due after project completion.

For Monthly or Yearly subscriptions, after project discussion, the client will receive a subscription invoice via email from Stripe. Upon subscription purchase, work will commence. Payments will be automatically charged monthly or yearly on the signup date, and the client can cancel the subscription at any time, with all services ending upon cancellation. Additional services will incur an extra cost.

Governing Law

Menfia disclaims any warranty, express or implied, and the client waives any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event will Menfia be liable for any damages, including lost profits, lost savings, or other incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the operation or inability to operate the website, even if Menfia has been advised of the possibility of such damages!
