Terms of Service

The following outlines the terms of use for Website Design and Development, Website Maintenance, SEO, Speed Optimization, Chatbot Development, and Logo Design services provided by Menfia Digital.

Description of Services

Menfia Digital will provide website support for the Client’s Website Design and Development, Website Maintenance, SEO, Speed Optimization, Chatbot Development, and Logo Design. This includes services such as plugin updates, theme updates, core software updates, backups, database optimization, spam comment removal, and regular security scans.

The client acknowledges that these updates may be performed weekly throughout the month, with no guaranteed specific date or time of service.

Disclaimer

Menfia Digital will not be held responsible for any user-caused errors or issues caused by poor administrative practices such as installing conflicting plugins, editing or adding new code, or changes made to the web hosting environment.

The client understands and agrees that temporary interruptions of services provided by Menfia Digital may occur as a normal part of the service. The client further understands that Menfia Digital has no control over the client’s web hosting provider or any third-party networks used during the operation of the website, and therefore delays or disruptions caused by those services are beyond our control.

The client also understands that all web hosting environments are different, and some services may not work with every hosting setup. Changes to the client’s hosting server settings during the service period may affect our services.

Payments

Fixed Price Project:
The client will receive an invoice via Xoom or payoneer or other payment. The client must pay 50% upfront before the project begins, and the remaining 50% must be paid after the completion of the project.

Monthly or Yearly Services:
After discussing the project requirements, the client will receive a subscription invoice via Buymeacoffee or another payment gateway. Work will begin once the subscription is purchased.

Payments for subscriptions will be automatically charged weekly, monthly, or yearly based on the selected plan starting from the sign-up date. The client may cancel the subscription at any time, and all services will end upon cancellation.

Please pay invoices within 2 days from the date of issue. An overdue interest of 5% will be applied to delayed payments.

Note: Any additional services requested outside the agreed scope will require additional costs.

Governing Law

Menfia Digital does not make any warranty, express or implied. The client specifically waives any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

In no event will Menfia Digital be liable to the client or any third party for any damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost savings, or other incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the operation of or inability to operate the website, even if Menfia Digital has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
